The apartment is part of a mature community that has a delightful pool surrounded by well maintained gardens. This second floor apartment has a lower terrace furnished for outside living plus a huge very private roof top terrace for all day sun with plenty of sunbeds for all.

As you enter the apartment front door there is a flight of stairs leading to the central hallway. Straight ahead is the well proportioned lounge area with feature fireplace and two comfortable settees. To one side is a formal dining table and chairs. The Lounge is air-conditioned.

Just before you reach the lounge there is a fully fitted and equipped separate kitchen that has everything a self-catering family could need to enjoy their holiday.

The Master bedroom has a large king sized bed and has plenty of storage space for all your holiday clothes. The second bedroom has a small double bed and has an en-suite shower bathroom. The family bathroom is spacious and has bath, shower over, WC, basin and plenty of mirrors.

Both bedrooms have patio doors that lead out to small private terrace areas that enjoy morning sunshine









The property is in the popular Urbanisation of Calahonda, a pleasant 30-minute drive from Malaga Airport along the main A7 Coastal Highway and right at the heart of the 'Costa del Golf'. The 9 Hole La Siesta Golf Course is just a few minutes away as are the 18-hole courses of both Miraflores and Cabopino Golf Clubs. For the golf addict within a 20 minute drive there are some 15 other 18 Hole courses available for play all year!

The La Siesta II complex is just 500 metres from an amazing number of bars and restaurants that will, l am sure, satisfy all tastes.  Close by is the secluded and picturesque Marina of Cabopino which is a popular venue for tourists. Apart from the Marina, that is surrounded by restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or meal whilst watching the yachts bob up and down, there are beautiful beaches either side of the Marina that are popular with families. There is also a Water sports facility where you can hire all necessary equipment and tuition is available if needed.

The apartment is centrally located and both the taxi rank and bus stops are a 15 minute walk away. There is also a local travel agent that organises Tour Bus excursions to all the very popular sightseeing destinations along the coast.

Whilst in this location it is not essential to have a car of your own it would allow you to freely explore the many places of interest that there are in the surrounding areas. All that Marbella has to offer is only 10 miles away as is Fuengirola in the opposite direction. Both have lively weekly street markets, as do a number of other local towns and villages, where you would be able to find those essential holiday presents to take home.

Within a days exploring you could comfortably visit Gibraltar, Seville, Ronda, Granada, Malaga, Cordoba or any one of the many famous ‘white villages’ perched against the mountain sides.
