This spacious 3 bedroom Villa is set in well kept landscaped gardens, has the luxury of a private swimming pool and sunbeds for those lazy sunny holidays. Two sides of the house have paved terracing or patios areas between the house and garden. The larger patio area also has a built in gas Barbecue and dining furniture for those long balmy evenings The spacious entrance hall opens into the large split level lounge/diner with double aspect patio doors that lead out to the terracing where in a few more steps you will be in the pool! The lounge is comfortably furnished with leather settee and chairs and there is a working fireplace. The satellite TV has access many English language channels and there is a Radio/CD player and a DVD player The separate fitted kitchen is fully equipped for the self-catering family and has plenty of storage space. There is also an independent laundry room with automatic washing machine, ironing and airing facilities. The Master Bedroom, that is on the ground floor, has the advantage of an en-suite bathroom and its own private sunny terrace. Upstairs the other two bedrooms both have twin beds and share the enormous family bathroom. The three bedrooms all have built in wardrobes and plenty of draw space. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor. The Lounge and the bedrooms have individually controlled air-conditioning units and all have a heating option for cooler evenings. We do ask that there is no smoking within the house.
WHERE ARE WE?
Villa Daniella is situated in Sitio de Calahonda, a residential urbanisation, on the coast, 30 minutes from Malaga Airport and midway between Marbella and Fuengirola. The beach at Calahonda is a 15-minute walk from the villa and there are many more sandy beaches within a short drive but perhaps the nicest beach is at Cabopino, just 5 minutes in a car - they even have bars and restaurants right on the edge of the sand. The Villa is close to all amenities such as Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Banks, Beaches etc and whilst all are within easy walking distance a car would enable you to make the most of your holiday. Villa Daniella is ideally situated as a base for touring Southern Spain with Granada, Seville, Jerez, Cordoba and Gibraltar all within easy striking distance and just a 20-minute drive away is the wonderful white village of Mijas with its superb views, famous donkeys and many great restaurants to choose from. For golfers Calahonda is at the heart of the ‘Costa del Golf’ - just minutes from the Villa is the pleasant 9-hole Par 3 La Siesta Course and within a 20 minute drive there are some 15 other 18-hole courses available for play all year. Miraflores-Santa Maria-La Cala-Mijas-Los Naranjos-La Quinta-Aloha-Rio Real-Marbella-Santa Clara-to name just a few. This area has much to offer the family and you will find that any activity you can think of is catered for within a reasonable distance - even skiing!
