Riviera Alto is a small residential community of apartments located in a quiet cul-de-sac. They have their own good sized pool set in well kept landscaped terraced gardens. Surrounding the community are other similar communities of apartments and independent villas where a high percentage of owners live permanently. There are panoramic views from the balcony, that leads from the lounge, to the sea, mountains and Miraflores Golf Course which is only a few minutes walk away.

This first floor apartment, set in landscaped terraced gardens with Swimming Pool and Car Parking, has a separate fully equipped American style kitchen. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of drawer space and the bathroom also has a shower over the bath. The spacious Lounge/Diner leads onto a balcony, with dining furniture and a built in barbeque, which has lovely views of the sea, mountains and Golf Course

Shopping is made easy with a supermarket and other shops a few minutes from the apartment and another supermarket, pharmacy, paper shop etc to be found at the entrance to the urbanisation. In the nearby village of La Cala, there is a friendly local market where you can buy those holiday mementoes!

Nearby facilities include an 18-hole Par 72 Golf Course, Driving Range, Putting Green, Crazy Golf, Pro-Shop, Tennis, Paddle Tennis, and Gym. Apart from the beautiful beach at Riviera there are numerous fine sandy beaches just a short drive away and any activity you could think of is catered for within a reasonable distance - even skiing!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHERE ARE WE?

 

The property is in the popular urbanisation of Riviera del Sol, a pleasant 30-minute drive from Malaga

Airport - a map will be provided. From this apartment beaches, shops and numerous bars and restaurants are all within walking distance for the fit and active although Car Hire is recommended for this property as this stretch of coast is quite hilly.

Your own transport would also allow you to take full advantage of the many interesting places that there are to visit in this area. All that Marbella and Puerto Banus have to offer is only 10 miles away as is Fuengirola in the opposite direction. A 25-minute drive away is the wonderful white village of Mijas with its superb views and famous donkeys! Gibraltar, Seville, Granada and Ronda are all within easy driving distance.

With Miraflores Golf Club right on the doorstep and with some 15 other 18 hole courses all within 20-minutes in a car you are literally at the heart of the ‘Costa del Golf’
