The apartments are set in landscaped gardens with a large Swimming Pool, underground car parking, and lift to all floors. This south facing 2nd floor penthouse apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a large ‘wrap round’ terrace furnished with table, chairs, BBQ and sun beds – your chance to make the most of the outdoor living that the Costa del Sol is so famous for. There is a separate well equipped kitchen with all that a self-catering family could need. The Master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite full bathroom, fitted wardrobes, plenty of drawer space and doors that lead out onto the terrace. The second bedroom, with twin beds, is very spacious and again has fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. Adjacent to this bedroom is the family bathroom. In the large and comfortably furnished Lounge/Diner there are 2 settees, one of which is a sofa bed, a formal dining suite a satellite TV, DVD player, Radio/CD player and even a Playstation2. There is also a full set of right handed golf clubs that guests are welcome to make use of. From the both the Lounge and the Master Bedroom there are French windows that lead out onto the terrace.
WHERE ARE WE?
Las Mimosas de Golf Cabopino is situated a pleasant 30-minutes drive from Malaga airport and just 10 minutes away are the lively towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. A coastal highway, the A7 (N340), travelling between the mountains and the sea, links all the resorts between Gibraltar and Nerja so with the apartment centrally located sightseeing is so simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada and Seville. Gibraltar with the famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Cruises is a mere 45-minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many White Villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and the breathtaking gorge. The complex of Las Mimosas is sandwiched between and glorious beaches of Cabopino and the challenging Cabopino Golf Course. For families there are numerous more sandy beaches within easy reach, most have beach bars and restaurants, and for fun days out there are Water Parks, Wild Life Parks and Marine Adventure Centres all very close. For the Golfer you are at the centre of the 'Costa del Golf' and as well as the Cabopino Golf Course, that is literally on your doorstep, you have the choice of 30 golf courses that are playable all year round – all within a 30-minute drive. The location is also ideal for non-golfers who enjoy quality accommodation in a peaceful and un-crowded setting.
