The Los Patios de Santa Maria apartments are set in landscaped gardens with two swimming pools that have lifeguards during the summer and are equipped with parasols and sun loungers for your enjoyment. There is private allocated underground parking with lifts or stairs to all floors.

This ground floor holiday apartment has a separate fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and all you need for a self catering holiday. The spacious beautifully furnished Lounge/Diner is equipped with a TV, Video player and Stereo system and also leads onto the terrace. There is a small collection of Videos, books and games for your added entertainment.

Both of the well proportioned bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of draw and shelf space and there are two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors that open onto the terrace. The terrace is bathed in sunshine from mid-day till sunset, has teak table and chairs & overlooks the main swimming pool.

Nearby facilities include an 18hole Golf Course, Sauna, Gym, Snooker, Tennis, Lawn Bowls and Pro Shop. In the Santa Maria Golf Club - clubhouse there is a well appointed Bar and Restaurant with a lovely open air terrace

The Los Patios de Santa Maria complex is a pleasant 30 minute drive from Malaga Airport - if you do not wish to hire a car we can arrange a Private Airport Transfer to whisk you to your booked accommodation.

Santa Maria is a family orientated resort located in the green wooded area of Elviria, Marbella. The most famous local landmark is the Don Carlos Hotel which towers over the surrounding countryside and is home to the famous Marbella Nikki Beach where the rich and famous come to party the night away.

All amenities are within walking distance and there are a large number of varied restaurants for you to choose from. There are two supermarkets one of which is an OPENCOR that is open from 8am to 2am the next morning - 365 days a year.

For retail therapy a visit to the designer shops that abound in Marbella and Puerto Banus is just a 10-minute drive.

With the apartment centrally located near Marbella sightseeing is so simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada and Seville. Gibraltar with the Famous Rock Monkeys and Dolphin Cruises is a mere 45-minute drive. Venture a little inland and explore the many White Villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and the breathtaking gorge.

For families there are numerous sandy beaches within easy reach and most have beach bars and

restaurants and for fun days out there are Water Parks, Wild Life Parks and Marine Adventure Centres very close. For the Golfer you are at the centre of the ‘Costa del Golf’ and within 30-minutes drive you have a choice of 30 golf courses that are playable all year round.
