Animal Adventures

Aqua Vista - Boat trips from the Port at Fuengirola in a catamaran equipped with glass viewing cabins. The sea-beds are lit up for you and it is usual to see dolphins too. They sail every day.

Sporting Activities

Golf - Spain is ranked No. 1 in Southern Europe for golf and the 'Costa del Golf' is the jewel in the crown. There are over 30 course between Gibraltar and Malaga offering golf all year round. Many of the courses also offer driving ranges, putting greens and lessons for all abilities.

Tennis - Spain is the ideal place for tennis, not just because of the climate and many hours of sun but also because of the number and quality of its clubs and courts. Many hotels, complexes and commercial zones often have rental courts.

Bowls - There are a number of bowls clubs along the coast where visitors are always welcome. There are often matches with visiting teams from the UK.

Squash - Squash courts can be found at many of the larger hotels and complexes, often as a pay and play facility, or at municipal sporting arenas. 

Fishing - The Atlantic and Mediterranean shorelines are perfect for fishing. Beach casting is a very popular past-time with the Spanish and most marinas offer open sea fishing trips.

Horse Riding - Tours on horse back have become very popular and there are no shortage of places to ride - a great many farms, stables and riding schools offer reasonably priced riding lessons, horseback tours or simply horses for hire.

Water Sports - all along the coastline are dotted an ever-growing number of marinas with excellent facilities. Apart from sailing there are usually facilities for fishing, motor boating, jet skiing, water skiing, snorkelling and diving.

Skiing - yes skiing!! just 2 hours drive will take you to the Sierra Nevada Mountains offering 45 runs covering an impressive 62Kms of courses and circuits.
