 Pueblo Los Olivos is a beautifully kept complex of holiday rental apartments with three swimming pools set in lovely landscaped gardens. There are fantastic views from the wide sunny terrace across the valley to the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlas mountains of Africa. Within a short walk there are all the amenities you will need for a great holiday including the beach.

This second floor apartment is approached by steps from the road side parking areas and is fully air-conditioned with a heating option for the cooler evenings. The entrance hallway leads into the very spacious Lounge/Diner with a generous sized and fully equipped kitchen to the right. The lounge is comfortably furnished with plump settees and there is a formal dining suite. For your indoor entertainment there is a DVD player, a Stereo System and Satellite TV with a selection of UK channels. The patio doors open onto a sunny terrace that has panoramic views and there is patio furniture provided for ‘al fresco’ dining.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and the added luxury of an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent shower bathroom. Both bedrooms are well proportioned, have built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage space for your holiday clothes.

Within the complex there is a large swimming pool with a separate children’s pool - they are both supervised by a lifeguard during the ‘season’. There is also a third pool that is reserved for adults only.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 WHERE ARE WE?

 

The property is in the Urbanisation of Riviera del Sol, a pleasant 30 minute drive from Malaga Airport - a map and full directions will be provided.

Shopping and enjoying yourselves is made easy with supermarket, pharmacy, paper shop, banks, bars and restaurants all to be found within a short walk from the apartment.

The sandy local beach is just a few minutes walk away and here you will find a number of beach bar/restaurants where you can buy anything from an ice-cream to a 3 course meal.

Just 500 metres from the complex is the Aztec Club – visitors are very welcome – they have tennis, gym, hair & beauty salon, physiotherapist, internet café, heated outdoor pool, mini-golf, restaurant and bar amongst the facilities on offer. They also have a booking service for excursions etc in the reception area. Other nearby facilities include 18-hole 72 par Golf Course, Driving Range, Putting Green, Crazy Golf, Pro-shop, Lawn Bowls, Tennis, Paddle Tennis, Squash and Gym

Whilst a car is not necessary your own transport would allow you to take full advantage of the many interesting places that there are to visit in this area.

Apart from the beach at Riviera there are numerous fine sandy beaches just a short drive away and any activity you could think of is catered for within a reasonable distance- even skiing!

All that Marbella and Puerto Banus have to offer is only 10 miles away as is Fuengirola in the opposite direction. A 25-minute drive away is the wonderful white village of Mijas with its superb views and the cities of Gibraltar, Seville, Granada and Ronda are all within easy driving distance.
