 The apartments are set in well tended gardens with a good sized Swimming Pool and a private gateway that leads directly to the beach. There are both stairs and a lift to all floors. This sixth floor apartment is furnished in a traditional style and is well equipped for the self-catering holidaymaker. As you enter the apartment to the right is a galley style kitchen and to the left a good sized family bathroom. The living area is very spacious and has a double bed, a double sofa bed, fitted wardrobes, a sideboard and a television. There are large patio doors that lead to the enclosed terrace were there are a table and four chairs, comfortable armchairs and great views along the beach - a sunny place to sip that cooling drink whilst you watch the boats floating by on the horizon.

Next to the apartment is a small supermarket on one side and a lovely restaurant on the other. In less than a 2-minute walk from the apartment you have a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops, venture a little further into the centre of the fishing village of La Cala de Mijas and the choice is virtually unlimited.

As this apartment is just steps away from a beautiful sandy beach it is ideally placed for family holidays.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WHERE ARE WE

 

 Bultiplaya is part of the village of La Cala de Mijas and is just 5km from Fuengirola, 20km from Marbella and a pleasant 25-minute drive from Malaga Airport.

A coastal highway, the A7, travelling between the mountains and the sea, links all the resorts between Gibraltar and Nerja. With this apartment centrally located sightseeing is simple and there is also a local travel agent that organises Tour Bus excursions to all the popular tourist destinations. Within easy reach are Gibraltar, Malaga, Granada, Seville and Cordoba. The famous White Villages of Andalucia - Casares, Gaucin, Benahavis and Mijas are all a stones throw away or venture a little inland and visit the incredible Ronda with its ancient Bull-Ring, recently restored Arab Baths and the breathtaking gorge.

This area is well known as the 'Costa del Golf' and for good reason - there are over 30 golf courses within a 30-minute drive and all are playable all year round. For the active holidaymaker every sport imaginable is available within a short distance - even skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains!! The sleeping area of the apartment has a double bed - there is also a double sofa bed for the larger parties.The swimming pool of Butiplaya is a good size and is surrounded by sunbathing areas with static sunshades. The is a private gateway that leads directly onto the beach.The whole Bay of La Cala is has been awarded 'Blue Flag' status and in the summer months there are lifeguards on duty. All along the bay there are beach bar/restaurants that serve very good food as well as cooling drinks and ice-creams.
